There are getting to be a lot of people coming to the tournament. To make things a little easier for organizers (who are doing this in their "free" time) please elect a team captain and have them and only them submit this form, deposit and any other financials. Deposits are non-refundable and if you need to drop out for some reason please figure that out with your team captain. All reservations (rooms, boats, travel) are made via team, so if you drop out its your team that has to pick up the slack. Teams of 1, 2 or 4 please contact us to discuss what we can do.
